Rachel took each of the kids out for one last bit of fun before school starts. The girls got manicures. This was really a big deal because Mei went with Rachel just the 3 of them in her car with no tears. We weren't even sure she would go no problems but she did but got shy when the girls at the shop spoke Chinese to her, which we still can not figure out why.
